Noé-les-Mallets is a wine village in the Aube department (10), in the Côte des Bar, in the Barséquanais, the area around Bar-sur-Seine. The village has no cru status.
- Location: the village lies on the Ru de Noé stream, surrounded by an amphitheatre of vineyards.
- Vineyards: pinot noir is the leading grape, complemented by chardonnay, on the calcareous marl of the Côte des Bar. Some of the vineyards lie high on the plateau.
- Character: the champagnes are ripe and fruity, with the structure and red fruit of pinot noir.
- Producers: Noé-les-Mallets is home to Veuve Doussot and Louise Brison, among others. The Foissy-Joly family estate also has its vineyards here.
