Champagne Foissy-Joly is a family estate in Noé-les-Mallets, a village in the Aube near Bar-sur-Seine.
- History: Frédéric Joly took over the family estate in 2003, following three previous generations. His wife Bénédicte joined him in 2011.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers 7.5 hectares in the Côte des Bar, where Pinot Noir is the main grape.
- Cuvées: The Grande Cuvée Brut is a blend of mainly Pinot Noir (70%) with Chardonnay. A recent release combined the 2018 and 2019 harvests and was described as expressive and full-bodied, with white fruit and a vegetal touch.
