Champagne Drouilly L.V. is a wine estate in Noé-les-Mallets, in the Côte des Bar (Aube).
- History: Vincent Drouilly has run the estate since 1996.
- Vineyards and terroir: Of the roughly 9 hectares of vines, nearly 8 hectares are planted with Pinot Noir, the signature grape of the Côte des Bar. The estate follows the Terra Vitis charter for sustainable viticulture.
- Methods and style: Some of the wines are aged in oak barrels.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Tradition, the cuvée L and the Rosé de Saignée Œil de Perdrix, an extra-dry Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar with red-fruit notes.
