Saint-Martin-d'Ablois is a wine village in the Marne department (51), west of Épernay, in the area of the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The village has no cru status.
- Location: the village lies in the valley of the Sourdon, on the edge of the forests south-west of Épernay.
- Vineyards: the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay form a transitional area between the Marne valley and the Côte des Blancs. Meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir are all three planted here, on clay and marl over limestone.
- Character: the champagnes are fruity and balanced, with the suppleness of meunier and the freshness of chardonnay.
