Baroville is a wine village in the Côte des Bar, in the Aube department, a few kilometres from Bar-sur-Aube and a short distance from the former Cistercian abbey of Clairvaux. The village has no cru classification.
- Vineyards: as everywhere in the area around Bar-sur-Aube, pinot noir predominates, planted on the limestone-marl slopes of the Bar-sur-Aubois. Walking routes lead through the vineyards above the village, such as the Bois des Dames and the Grand-Côte.
- Character: the champagnes are round and fruity, with the ripeness typical of pinot noir from the Aube.
- Producers: the family house Philippe Fourrier is based here, as is Marinette Raclot. The Baroville cooperative, which markets the De Barfontarc and Eugène III brands, also has its cellar in the village.
