Champagne Sacy Sœur & Frère is the label under which siblings Jonathan and Yaël Sacy have released new cuvées since 2024 from their family estate in Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.
- History: The estate was previously known mainly as Champagne Louis de Sacy. Yaël and Jonathan Sacy took over the business in 2018. From 2024, new cuvées with new vinifications appear under the name Sacy Sœur & Frère, alongside the Louis de Sacy label.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate has 18 hectares across 23 plots, mostly Pinot Noir, in Verzy and neighbouring communes. Since the 2023 harvest, production in Verzy and Cernay-lès-Reims has been organic; the Trêlon terroir has been in conversion since 2022.
- Approach and style: The siblings favour a 'peasant' and responsible approach to viticulture, with tillage, natural grass cover, cover crops and vitiforestry.
- Cuvées: Les Chardonnays de Verzy is a Grand Cru Extra Brut blanc de blancs from the slopes of Verzy. Other cuvées include La Barbette Grand Cru and Les Courtisols du Futur Grand Cru.
