Champagne‌ Ouriet-Pâture is a family estate in Ambonnay, a grand cru village on the southern side of the Montagne de Reims. The vineyard was founded in 1958 by the third generation; the maternal side of the family already had vines in Cramant, on the Côte des Blancs. In 1992 Maryse Ouriet-Pâture-Jannetta took over the estate; together with her husband she developed sales and enlarged the vineyard to 6 hectares.

Vineyards

Pinot noir and chardonnay are planted on south-east-facing slopes, on a fine, magnesium-rich chalk that provides drainage and a water reserve in dry spells.

Champagnes

Tradition: 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay.
Rosé: 51% chardonnay, 32% pinot noir and 17% red wine from Ambonnay.
Extra-Brut: 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay.
Millésime 2016: 75% pinot noir and 25% chardonnay.
Also a Demi-Sec and a Blanc de Blancs (both 100% chardonnay), a Blanc de Noirs, a Blanc de Blancs Millésime and the LRB 2015 cuvée from the slopes of Cramant and Avize, and the Maryse cuvée.
