Jean‌ Aubry et Fils is a family Champagne house in Jouy-lès-Reims, in the Montagne de Reims. The family house was once a hunting lodge of Louis XIV; a wall sculpture from that period, above a marble staircase with wrought-iron railings, inspired the label of the Prestige jeroboam.

The estate lies in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, north-west of Reims. The family makes and sells champagne from its own grapes, grown in premier cru vineyards planted with the three Champagne varieties: Meunier for suppleness and fruit, Pinot Noir for power and Chardonnay for delicacy and liveliness. Most vines are 25 to 30 years old, planted at 8,350 vines per hectare on clay-limestone and sandy soils. A traditional press gives a slow extraction of the juice.

The range runs from the Tradition, a blend of several harvests and the three grape varieties with a majority of Meunier (also as a demi-sec and in half bottles), through the Brut Réserve, the Brut Rosé and the Cuvée Prestige of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (at least 6 years in the cellar) to the vintages Symphonie (Blanc de Blancs), Innocence (Blanc de Noirs, Brut Nature) and the changing Cuvée Éphémère. Innocence was inspired by the births of the next generation, Jade (2017) and Gabrielle (2020).
