Jouy-lès-Reims is a small wine village in the Marne department (51), in the Petite Montagne de Reims, a short distance south-west of Reims, in the Reims: Vesle & Ardre terroir.
- Cru: Jouy-lès-Reims has Premier Cru status.
- Vineyards: the vineyards lie on the slopes of the Petite Montagne, on limestone with layers of clay and sand. Meunier and pinot noir predominate, complemented by chardonnay.
- Character: the champagnes are fruity and juicy, with a fresh undertone.
- Producers: the best-known house is Champagne Aubry, which besides the classic grapes also plants forgotten old champagne grapes such as arbane, petit meslier and fromenteau. Dautreville, among others, also works here.
