Champagne Diebolt-Vallois is a family estate in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs.
- History: The Diebolt family has been rooted in Cramant since the late 19th century, while the Vallois family has grown vines in Cuis since the 15th century. The present estate was formed when Jacques Diebolt and Nadia Vallois brought their vineyards together. In 1978 the estate was enlarged and cellars and a winery were built. Since 2016 the third generation, Ophélie and her sister Philippine, has been in charge.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers 14 hectares, mostly Chardonnay in Cramant, Cuis and Chouilly.
- Approach and style: Since 2009 the family has built up a perpetual reserve aged in large oak casks. The style is creamy in texture, with a low dosage.
- Cuvées: The house is best known for its Blanc de Blancs, such as the Prestige Blanc de Blancs and the vintage Blanc de Blancs, and for Fleur de Passion, made from the oldest Chardonnay vines.
