Champagne Perseval-Farge

Champagne Perseval-Farge is a family grower estate in Chamery, a premier cru village in the Montagne de Reims, run by Benoist Perseval.
- History: The family has been established in Chamery since the 18th century.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms around 4 to 5 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Benoist Perseval has also planted old varieties, which account for about 10% of the vineyard: Pinot Gris (Fromenteau), Petit Meslier and Arbane.
- Approach and style: Integrated viticulture has been practised since 1990, and the estate has been certified organic since the 2022 harvest.
- Cuvées: The C. series comprises C. de Réserve, C. de Pinots, C. de Chardonnay (blanc de blancs) and C. de Nature (brut nature). The house also makes the Cuvée Jean-Baptiste (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir), La Pucelle and vintage wines with a numerical code, such as 195 (2003) and 199 (2007).
- Visits: The estate sells on site and organises visits.
