Marie-Liesse‌ Boquet is a family estate in Vrigny, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. Marie-Liesse Boquet runs it with her husband, continuing the work of her ancestors. The Champagne brand was renamed because the former family name sounded too close to Champagne Jacquart.

Vineyards The family practises viticulture raisonnée (sustainable viticulture) and aims to make champagnes that reflect the terroir of Vrigny.

Methods The grapes are pressed separately by variety and by cru and kept in separate tanks. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Tirage takes place in early January, after which the champagnes mature for 24 to 36 months in the cellar at 12 °C. Riddling is done in gyropalettes.

Champagnes The Vieilles Vignes is made from 100% Meunier from the estate's own vines over 35 years old and was selected in the festive special issue of Cuisine Actuelle. The estate welcomes visitors by appointment for a tour of the vineyards and the pressing centre.
