Vrigny is a Premier Cru village in the Petite Montagne de Reims, west of Reims, in the Marne department, near Gueux and Coulommes-la-Montagne.
- Location: on the western side of the Montagne de Reims, on the slopes between the valley of the Vesle and that of the Ardre.
- Vineyards: meunier plays a leading role here, alongside pinot noir and chardonnay. The soils are varied, with sand, clay and limestone.
- Wines: fruity champagnes with freshness and character. Meunier from Vrigny is also bottled as a separate cuvée by producers from outside the village.
- Producers: Roger Coulon and Lelarge-Pugeot are based in Vrigny; both are family businesses with a long history in the village.
