Juget-Brunet is a family house in Bisseuil (Aÿ-Champagne), founded in 1927 by Lucie Juget and Lucien Brunet. Today Caroline and Benoît Marx run the estate, which spans four generations of winegrowers. Benoît handles the winemaking in Bouzy, while Caroline welcomes visitors in Bisseuil.
Vineyards Over four generations the vineyard has grown to cover Aÿ, Ambonnay and Bouzy (Grand Cru), Bisseuil (Premier Cru) and Épernay. The estate is certified HVE and VDC and aims to keep the use of plant-protection products to a minimum.
Method The grapes are hand-picked. Benoît vinifies in stainless-steel tanks; the blends are put together with an oenologist and bottling is done with the equipment of the growers' union to which the estate belongs. The bottles age for at least four years on the lees in the cellar.
Champagnes
- Brut Tradition Grand Cru (70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay)
- Brut Rosé Grand Cru, with red wine from Ambonnay Pinot Noir
- Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay, 5 g/l)
- Brut Millésimé 2012 (50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir)

The estate welcomes visitors every day for a vineyard visit and tasting.
