Bisseuil is a Premier Cru village in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, in the Marne department. It lies on the right bank of the Marne, east of Épernay, between Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Tours-sur-Marne.
- Location: on the south-facing slopes at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, with the Marne and its lateral canal below the village.
- Vineyards: chalk-rich soils with pinot noir and chardonnay as the main grapes.
- Wines: the southerly aspect yields well-ripened grapes, with ripe fruit and a fresh core, typical of the Grande Vallée.
- Producer: the family house Bauchet is based in Bisseuil.
