Champagne‌ JS Briche is a wine house based in Loisy-sur-Marne (51300), located on the edge of the Côteaux Vitryats. The name "JS" stands for Julie and Stéphane Briche, the couple who run the estate.

History

The passion for champagne has been passed down in Julie's family from generation to generation.
In 2010 Julie and Stéphane decided to quit their previous jobs to focus entirely on winegrowing, initially working together with Julie's father.
The first harvest was carried out in August 2011, with four generations of winegrowers standing together in the vineyards for the first time.

Vineyards and Location

The vineyards lie on "Le Revers de Vignat", a ridge with a wonderful exposure to the sun, located on the Champagne route in the Côteaux Vitryats.
The grapes are grown with great respect for the environment and nature.

Winemaking and Champagnes

The champagnes are patiently aged in the cellars of their cooperatives for several years.
This method ensures that the champagnes are ready for consumption in the months after purchase, without long waiting times.
The wine house offers tours and tastings (usually in French, on request), giving guests the chance to discover "from vine to bubbles".
