Champagne J. Vignier is a family estate in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs, in which Nathalie Vignier is involved.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate works with Chardonnay from Cramant, including the lieux-dits Chenelots, Marais, Herbin and Les Fourches, on soils of chalk, marl and loam.
- Approach and style: For Les Jardins d'Elise the wine is fermented and aged on its lees in used oak, followed by long bottle ageing and disgorgement by hand.
- Cuvées: Les Jardins d'Elise Grand Cru is a Blanc de Blancs from the QVFMR range, named after Elise, Nathalie Vignier's great-grandmother, who helped plant the vineyards. Other cuvées include Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Abbesses, Brut Deux Terres and Extra Brut Aux Origines Blanc de Blancs.
