Champagne​‌​ Guy de Forez is a family estate in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar in the south of the Aube.

• History: The estate is run by the Wenner family.
• Vineyards and terroir: About 90% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir.
• Approach and style: Malolactic fermentation is blocked during vinification to preserve the freshness of the wines. The estate is certified for sustainable viticulture under Terra Vitis and HVE3. The style is described as fresh and spicy.
• Cuvées: The Brut Tradition, also listed as Les Riceys Blanc de Noirs, is made entirely from Pinot Noir, although the label does not say so. The house also makes a rosé with notes of spicy red fruit.
