Maison Guilleminot is a champagne house based in Channes, in the Côte des Bar (Aube region), founded in the 19th century and now run by three generations. The family works the soil and the vines with passion and has had its champagne-making in the family since the beginning of the 20th century.
Vineyards and winemaking
- The house specialises in 100% Blanc de Noirs, a rare choice in which black grapes with clear juice are used for white wine.
- The grapes are grown using a cultivated (raisonnée) method to guarantee high quality.
