Guillaumée is the small estate of Christiane Guillaumée in Rouvres-les-Vignes, in the Aube, in the Côte des Bar in the south of the appellation. The cuvées are only sold after several years of ageing, so they are ready to drink.
Champagnes
- Brut: 69% Pinot Noir, 16% Meunier and 15% Chardonnay, with reserve wine; the house classic.
- Rosé: 100% Pinot Noir, with 12% red Champagne wine.
- Prestige: 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir; according to the house, awarded gold at Gilbert & Gaillard and Feminalise 2024, among others.
- Demi-Sec: 65% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.
The estate also makes a ratafia de Champagne.
