Champagne Gisèle Devavry is a family estate in Champillon, run by the Devavry family for five generations.
- History: According to Gault&Millau, the estate has been based in Champillon since 1920. Following Gisèle Devavry-Méa, Alexandre Méa of the fifth generation has taken over. He has also launched the Champagne Carbon brand.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms around ten hectares of vineyard using traditional methods.
- Winemaking and style: The house offers several tasting workshops, including sabrage.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) and a Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir). Cuvée Carbon, in a carbon-coated bottle and only in large formats, blends Chardonnay from Avize, Chouilly and Oger with Pinot Noir from Aÿ.
