Champagne Francis Boulard & Fille is the estate of Francis Boulard and his daughter Delphine in Cormicy, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry on the northern edge of Champagne.
- History: Francis Boulard previously worked for the family's Domaine Raymond Boulard, where he began farming the Les Rachais plot biodynamically as an experiment in the 1990s. Because of that conviction he went his own way in 2009. Delphine continues the work in the same manner.
- Vineyards and terroir: Les Rachais is a parcel of about half a hectare of Chardonnay, planted by Francis in 1964 with a massal selection. The official name of the lieu-dit is L'Heurtebise.
- Approach and style: Harvest timing follows the lunar calendar. The wines ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and are bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur. After long ageing on the lees, riddling and disgorgement are done by hand.
- Cuvées: Les Rachais is a blanc de blancs, usually released as Brut Nature, and appears as a vintage wine, for example 2009 and 2012.
