Forget-Chemin​‌​ is a récoltant-manipulant in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims. The Forget family has lived in Ludes since 1694 and took up winegrowing in 1860. Eugène Forget created the Forget-Sohet brand in 1890; his son Paul settled at the current site on rue Victor Hugo in 1945. When Edmond Forget married Denise Chemin in 1959, Champagne Forget-Chemin was born.

History

Vineyards The 13 hectares are spread over 11 crus, including Ludes, Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay and Chigny-les-Roses.

Approach From harvest to bottling, everything is done in the estate's own cellars; in the early 2000s the cuverie was enlarged and modernised.
