Champagne​‌​ Emmanuel Boucant is a family business in Bonneil (Vallée de la Marne) that has produced champagnes since 1993, with roots going back three generations. The current owner, Emmanuel Boucant, who has made his own cuvées since 2009, combines traditional methods with innovation and sustainability.

Vineyards and Terroir

• The 7.25 hectares of vineyards lie on the slopes of the Mont de Bonneil, south of Château-Thierry.
• The south and south-east exposure provides ideal sunlight for ripening the grapes.
• The chalky substrate and ocean-like climatic conditions contribute to quality.
• The grape varieties are mainly Pinot Meunier, supplemented with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Method and Sustainability

• Since 2022 the estate has been fully certified organic (AB), after a conversion period that began in 2019.
• Harvesting is done by hand and strict selection takes place.
• Viticulture is reasoned (sustainable) and respectful of biodiversity, with attention to the environment.
• Emmanuel Boucant produces about 9,000 bottles of organic champagne a year.

Champagnes and Range

• The range includes various cuvées such as Extra-Brut, Brut, Rosé, and specific labels such as Le Meunier de Jean, La clé de Daniel and La sagesse de Marie.
• The champagnes are praised for their elegance, finesse and lingering taste.
• Visitors can visit the estate for guided tours, tastings and workshops, with a capacity for up to 20 people.
