Champagne Didier Cailliez is a family business in Verneuil, between Dormans and Épernay in the Vallée de la Marne. Didier Cailliez and his wife Virginie took over the estate and continue the work of the grandfather, a grower.
Vineyards The vineyard lies on the sunny slopes of Verneuil, on the north bank of the Marne, among vines and forests. Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown following the principles of reasoned viticulture and sustainable development.
Champagnes
- Tradition Brut and Demi-Sec: 100% Pinot Meunier
- Réserve Brut: equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, aged longer
- Prestige Brut: 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay, aged for several years
- Rosé Brut with red Champagne wine
The estate also makes a ratafia champenois.
