Champagne Binon Coquard is a family business in Spoy (Côte des Bar), active as winegrowers since 1669, with its own brand name since 2003 under Maxime and Cyrielle.
- History: The Binon and Coquard families united their inheritance in the 1970s; the current generation continued the course in 2000 and 2012 with a mix of tradition and innovation.
- Vineyards: The estate has 6.5 hectares on clay-limestone soils in Spoy, Meurville and Champignol-lez-Mondeville, with a mix of 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.
