Benoit Gaullet is a récoltant-manipulant in Meurville (Aube), a village a few kilometres south-west of Bar-sur-Aube in the Côte des Bar. The family business spans four generations of winegrowers and is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale.
Vineyards and methods
- The estate covers 17 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- All production is done in-house, from the press house to the cellars; vinification excludes decolouring and filtration.

- Cuvée Origine: Brut, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Cuvée Héritage: Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir.
- Demi-Sec: 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.
