Baudry is a champagne house in Neuville-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar. The family has grown vines here since 1660; today the brothers Armel and José form the eleventh generation. As owner-growers they tend the vineyards, make the champagnes and promote the house in France and abroad.

- A 20-hectare vineyard with two grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Sustainable viticulture with attention to soil life; all the champagnes are certified HVE and Terra Vitis.

- Brut Privilège: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay; according to the house, 15 medals in ten years.
