Champagne Aurélien Suenen (also Champagne Suenen) is a family estate in Cramant, on the Côte des Blancs.
- History: Aurélien Suenen, who previously played basketball at semi-professional level, took over the estate in 2009 after his father fell ill.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate works with Chardonnay from the grand cru terroirs of Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry, complemented by a small plot of Pinot Meunier outside the Côte des Blancs.
- Winemaking and style: Suenen gave up synthetic treatments and herbicides and works in a biodynamic spirit without being dogmatic. In the cellar he ferments with wild yeasts and avoids fining and filtration.
- Cuvées: Besides the village cuvées Oiry and C+C (Chouilly and Cramant), he makes several single-plot wines, such as La Grande Vigne. The wines come from a single harvest, stated on the label.
