Champagne​‌​ A&F Laval (Aurore & Florian Laval) is a small family estate in Boursault, on the left bank of the Marne in the Vallée de la Marne. The wines are also sold under the Michel Laval name.

• History: The family history goes back to 1870, when Jules Laval inherited 40 ares of farmland in Boursault. Michel Laval founded the estate in 1979; his children Aurore and Florian Laval took over in 2019.
• Vineyards and terroir: The vineyards are planted with 70% Meunier, 28% Pinot Noir and 2% Chardonnay. They are farmed sustainably, without herbicides or insecticides.
• Cuvées: Ut Prius is a 100% Pinot Meunier champagne with a light dosage of 5.5 g/l, dedicated to Roger Laval, a champion of Meunier. The range also includes Le Secret de Jules (non dosé, Meunier and Chardonnay from old vines) and the blanc de noirs Symposium.
