Champagne A&C Toullec is a small family estate in Rilly-la-Montagne, in the Montagne de Reims, founded by Anthony and Clémence Toullec. The estate carries the Vigneron Indépendant de Champagne label, meaning it works exclusively with its own grapes.
- History: With their estate, Anthony and Clémence Toullec continue a family tradition of winegrowing.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers around 5 hectares, spread across five premier cru villages: Rilly-la-Montagne, Sacy, Montbré, Taissy and Avenay-Val-d'Or.
- Approach and style: Vinification is carried out plot by plot. Some of the cuvées, notably the perpetual reserves, are aged in foudres. The estate is HVE certified.
- Cuvées: The range includes a non-vintage Assemblage (a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay), a rosé, a blanc de blancs, a blanc de noirs and single-plot cuvées such as Les Hautes Varennes and Les Vicomtes. The estate also makes a white Coteaux Champenois.
