About Champagne Mignon Boulard

Champagne​‌​ Mignon-Boulard is a family business in Venteuil (Marne Valley), founded in 1911 by Louis and Louise Mignon, and now run by the fourth generation, Cyril and Estelle Mignon. The vineyards extend over 6.5 hectares with clay and limestone soils, dominated by Pinot Meunier complemented by Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the rare Petit Meslier.
