Champagne Yves Jacopé is a family business based in Broyes, in the heart of the Côte de Sézanne (Marne, France), with the address 4 Cour du Château, 51120 Broyes. The website is https://champagne-yves-jacope.fr.
- History: The Jacopé family has cultivated the land since the 1960s; the vineyards were planted by the grandfather of the current operator, Hervé Jacopé. The champagne house was officially founded in the 1980s. Today the business is run by Hervé and his daughter Marion, the third and fourth generations.
- Vineyards: The operation covers 6 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 30 years. The soil is chalky (crayeux), characteristic of the Côte de Sézanne. Agriculture raisonnée (integrated farming) is practised.
- Working methods: The champagnes are made traditionally from its own grapes. The production volume is around 60,000 bottles per year. The estate has a recently renovated cuverie, a press and a tasting room.
- Champagnes: The range includes Brut Tradition (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir), Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Demi-Sec, Millésimé and Cuvée Prestige. Marc de champagne and ratafia are also offered.
