Champagne​‌​ Vignon Père & Fils is an independent, family business based in Verzenay (Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims), whose production began as early as 1946 and which is now run by the third generation.

• Vineyards: The estate manages approximately 6.7 to 7 hectares of vineyards, located exclusively on Grand Cru land in Verzenay and Verzy. The grape varieties are 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, with an average vine age of 25 years.
• Working methods: The philosophy focuses on authenticity and minimal intervention. This includes vinification in oak barrels, use of indigenous yeasts, and the avoidance of filtration, fining and chaptalisation. The estate uses low dosages (often Extra-Brut) and is working towards HVE certification (Haute Valeur Environnementale) for sustainable viticultural practices.
• Champagnes: The range consists of parcellaire champagnes (single-vineyard) that highlight the unique terroir characteristics. Well-known cuvées are Les Vignes Goisses (pink, Extra-Brut), Les Marquises and Réserve Spéciale. Production is limited, with estimates varying between 18,000 and 250,000 bottles per year.
• Visit: Visitors can visit the estate at 10 rue Colet, 51360 Verzenay for vineyard tours, cellar visits and tastings, usually by appointment.
