Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet is an independent récoltant-manipulant in Moussy, near Épernay, run by growers for four generations.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms 4 hectares split into 27 plots in Moussy and Pierry, all premier cru. The three classic Champagne grapes grow on flint-rich clay-limestone soils.
- Approach and style: Didier Chevauchet runs the estate, which began converting to organic farming in 2025. Natural grass grows between the rows, sulphites are kept to a minimum and the cuvées age for at least five years.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes Extra Brut made entirely from meunier, Précieuse (chardonnay and pinot meunier), Joyeuse, Sablière (blanc de blancs), Rêveuse, Élégante Rosé and vintage wines.
