Champagne‌ Pierre Domi is a family business in Grauves (Premier Cru of the Côte des Blancs), founded in 1947 by the grandparents and currently run by the fourth generation (Quentin and Coralie, under the guidance of Stéphane and Thierry Lutz). The estate has been HVE-certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale) since 2021 and comprises 25 plots over 8 hectares in Grauves, Mancy and Monthelon.

History and Operation

The family began handling champagne in 1947, so they have been deeply rooted in the trade for four generations since then.
The business is a récoltant-manipulant, which means they grow and process their own grapes.
The cellar offers visitors, tastings and direct sales, with a warm, personal approach that is praised by tourists.

Champagnes

The range includes various cuvées, including:

Grande Réserve Brut: A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
Blanc de Blancs: Mainly Chardonnay, such as the Cuvée Spéciale and Les Hautes Roualles (single vineyard).
Cœur de Rosé: A rosé champagne with 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
