Champagne Pierre Brocard is a family estate in Celles-sur-Ource, in the valley of the Seine and the Ource in the Côte des Bar (Aube), the southernmost part of Champagne.
- History: The family has been making champagne since 1932; the business was founded by George Brocard and passed via Emile and Henri to Pierre Brocard, after whom the house is named. His son Thibaud, the fifth generation, took over the estate in 2012 under his father's watchful eye.
- Vineyards and terroir: Reported vineyard area varies between 5 and 8 hectares. The Chardonnay for Bulles de Blancs grows on clay-limestone soils around Celles-sur-Ource.
- Approach and style: Pressing is done in a traditional Coquard press, vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and sulphur additions are kept to a minimum. Pierre Brocard started a solera of reserve wines in 1991.
- Cuvées: Dits-Lieux Brut Nature (Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay from ten estate plots, with wine from the solera), Tradition (around 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay) and Bulles de Blancs (100% Chardonnay). Others include Aube Saline, Contrée Noire, Absimilis, L'Égarée and Saignée de la Côte.
