Champagne Paul-Sadi is a small family estate in Beaumont-sur-Vesle, on the eastern edge of the Montagne de Reims.
- History: The estate brings together the vineyards of the Portier and Malot families. The name refers to the two grandfathers, Paul and Sadi. Jérôme Portier runs the estate.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers 3 hectares. The Pinot Noir comes from the Grand Cru communes of Verzy and Beaumont-sur-Vesle, the Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery.
- Approach and style: Depending on the vintage, the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, barrels or larger casks.
- Cuvées: Bellus Mons is a Grand Cru made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Clos Virgile comes from a small walled vineyard of 24 ares and is released as a vintage wine, in a blend dominated by Chardonnay.
