Champagne​‌​ Maxime Oudiette is a small grower in Beaunay, in the Coteaux du Petit Morin, some ten kilometres west of Vertus.

• History: Maxime Oudiette gained experience with, among others, Anselme Selosse before returning to the family estate, where he began producing under his own name.
• Vineyards and terroir: He farms a few hectares in the Petit Morin valley, vinified parcel by parcel; the cuvées bear the names of the plots.
• Approach and style: Since 2015 he has followed his own philosophy aimed at harmony between soil, vine and wine, using organic and biodynamic principles, agroforestry and permaculture. For the second fermentation he uses the yeasts present in the plot at harvest.
• Cuvées: Les Caourdets is a Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. Others include Les Gras d'Huile, Les Bas Vigny and Les Hautes Sources Souris.
