Champagne Marion-Bosser is a family estate in Hautvillers, the premier cru village in the Vallée de la Marne known for Dom Pérignon. The estate is entirely run by women.
- History: Cellar master Elodie Marion took over the family estate after eight years of experience in vineyards and cellars with renowned Burgundian names: Patrick Piuze in Chablis and Henri Boillot in Meursault.
- Approach and style: The wines are given long ageing. The Premier Cru Brut Rosé spends four years on its lees and a further 18 months after disgorgement.
- Cuvées: The Premier Cru Brut Rosé is a blend of grapes from Vertus, Hautvillers and Cumières, completed with still Pinot Noir from Bouzy. The Millésime 2012 combines grand cru Chardonnay with premier cru Pinot Noir; only around 250 cases were made. The range also includes a Brut Premier Cru.
- Visits: The estate welcomes visitors for cellar tours and tastings.
