Champagne Mannoury E&M is a family estate of winegrowers in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar, which has been making champagne for five generations. The champagnes come from pinot noir, chardonnay and meunier, harvested by hand following traditional practices. Since 2019 the estate has been certified Viticulture Durable en Champagne.
Champagnes
- Tradition: 85% pinot noir and 15% chardonnay.
- 3 Cépages: 57% pinot noir, 22% chardonnay and 21% meunier, a gastronomic champagne also available in magnum.
- Pink Rosé: a blended rosé based on pinot noir, with red champagne wine, and chardonnay.
- Extra Brut: without dosage, 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir with a significant share of reserve wine.
- Millésime 2018: 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir, aged for more than three years.
- Blanc de Blancs: 100% chardonnay from the 2019 harvest.
The champagnes are sold at the estate, online and through a number of stockists.
