Champagne​‌​ Les Frères Mignon is the estate of brothers Florent and Julien Mignon, with vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne.

• Vineyards and terroir: Around 90% of the vines are Chardonnay, spread across Avize, Cramant and Cuis; the remaining 10% is Pinot Noir in Cumières. The brothers farm their vineyards largely without chemicals.
• Winemaking and style: The wines ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and are neither filtered nor fined. The champagnes spend a long time on the lees before disgorgement, and dosage is low.
• Cuvées: The range consists of village and parcel cuvées, such as Terroir de Cramant Grand Cru from the east-facing Le Bateau parcel, Avize Le Chemin de Paradis, Cuis and Cumières.
