Champagne Guyot is a family business that has been active since the 1960s in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy (Marne), in the Champagne Côte de Sézanne. It is now run by Cédric Guyot, the third generation of vintner, who took over the estate in 2004 after internships in California and the Côtes du Rhône.
Vineyards and Certifications
The vineyard area is 5.60 hectares, mainly planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The family follows a sustainable approach, certified as Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE).
Winemaking and Champagnes
Vinification and processing take place entirely on site in its own cellars and wine cellars. The wine style is characterised by a balance between fruitiness and finesse, achieved through long ageing on the laths (sur lattes). Cédric Guyot offers three main lines (Tradition, Réserve, Séduction) with a total of 12 cuvées, including the award-winning Rosée (Prix Coup de Cœur du Jury 2019) and a limited Éphémère series.
