Gérard Gabriot is a winegrower in Avirey-Lingey, in the Barséquanais in the south of the Côte des Bar. He took over the family business in 1997 and chose to diversify with his own champagne brand. The farm comprises 2 hectares of vines and 90 hectares of cereals.
Champagnes
- Brut: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay; lively and fresh.
- Extra Brut: a blend of the three grape varieties with a low dosage.
- Délectation: a vintage of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, aged three years in the cellar.
- Bois de Rose: a blended rosé of 50% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.
- Blanc de Noirs: 100% Pinot Noir, the typical variety of the Côte des Bar.
The estate also makes a ratafia de Champagne. Visitors can taste in the tasting cellar by appointment.
