Champagne Édouard Brun is a small family house (maison) in Aÿ, founded in 1898.
- History: Édouard Brun (1875-1952), the son of a family of coopers, founded the house in 1898 together with a few friends. Shortly afterwards, winegrower Edmond Lefèvre bought into the company. After Brun's death the business became a société anonyme in 1960. Today the house is run by the brothers Philippe and Emmanuel Delescot, the third generation.
- Vineyards and terroir: The house owns Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and around Aÿ and Mareuil, and also buys in grapes.
- Approach and style: The house vinifies its grapes in its own cellars; barrels and foudres are still used for the Pinot Noir. The vintage wines age for a very long time on their lees, sometimes ten, fifteen, twenty years or more.
- Cuvées: The range includes the Réserve Premier Cru, with a large share of Pinot Noir, a rosé, the Cuvée Spéciale and vintage Champagnes.
