Domaine de Bichery is a small organic estate in Neuville-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar (Aube), run by Raphaël Piconnet and his wife Hannah.
- History: The Piconnet family has farmed vines in the Côte des Bar for generations. After studying in Beaune and Switzerland and working at Château Pape Clément, Raphaël Piconnet returned to the Aube with his wife to take over the family business. The first harvest under the Domaine de Bichery name was 2015.
- Vineyards and terroir: The vineyards lie on the hills above Neuville-sur-Seine, on Kimmeridgian marl, the same geological base as Chablis.
- Approach and style: Raphaël Piconnet converted the entire family holding to organic farming, with Ecocert certification following in 2019. Some cuvées are vinified entirely without sulphur.
- Cuvées: The best-known wine is La Source, a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. The estate also makes vintage cuvées such as Les Terres Mêlées and the rosé Les Fontaines.
