Champagne​‌​ Didier Doué is a family business in Montgueux (Aube, Champagne), run by Didier Doué since 1975, with a heritage of five generations. The estate is known for its organic certification (ECOCERT) and its strong focus on Chardonnay.

History

Didier Doué settled on the family estate in 1975 and expanded the cellars and presses in 1980. Since 2009 the estate has been converting to organic farming, with full ECOCERT certification since 2012. In 2023 Didier was joined by Stéphanie. The estate is a member of the collective Champagnes de Vignerons and the association Sève for sustainable winegrowing.

Vineyards

The estate has 5 hectares of vineyard on the chalk slopes of Montgueux, located about 10 km west of Troyes. The soil is chalky and ideal for Chardonnay.

Production is fully organic and environmentally friendly.
