Champagne Didier Dépit is a family business in Le Breuil (Marne), founded in 1993 and active in winegrowing for four generations. The vineyards cover 7.31 hectares with Pinot Meunier (98% of the grapes) and 56 ares of Chardonnay.
The approach combines traditional methods with modern technology, and the estate is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) for sustainable management of biodiversity, water and crop protection.
The range includes:
- Cuvée Brut/Demi-sec: 98% Pinot Meunier, 2% Chardonnay.
- Cuvée Rosé: 98% Pinot Meunier (of which 10% red wine), 2% Chardonnay.
