Champagne‌ Dagonet & Fils is a winegrowing business with a family tradition since 1822, based on the heights of Hautvillers, known as the "Mountain of Champagne" because of its historic link with Dom Pérignon. The current owner, Jérôme Dagonet, took over in 2012 and leads the family, which has passionately preserved the natural riches of the region for generations.

The estate has its own vineyard of just over 3 hectares on the historic slopes of Hautvillers. The grapes are harvested by hand in September, with the team striving for the highest quality and respect for the terroir. The winemakers focus on preserving the ancestral knowledge and traditions of their forebears, while at the same time innovating in their approach.

The approach of Champagne Dagonet & Fils involves a careful process, beginning with vinification in tanks (cuves) for approximately 6 months. After the blending of the various cuvées, the bottles are filled and stored in chalk cellars, where the second fermentation (prise de mousse) creates the bubbles. The bottles remain in the dark for a long time to age, after which they are riddled, disgorged, dosed and capsuled before coming to market.

The range of Champagne Dagonet & Fils consists of various cuvées designed to offer harmony and balance in aromas, with a delicate and silky taste on the palate. The champagnes are offered in a cosy tasting cellar, where visitors have the opportunity to taste the diversity of the champagnes and learn more about the brand and the region. The house also offers visits and tastings, giving guests the chance to explore the vineyard and learn more about wine production.
