Champagne‌ Dallancourt, located at 3 rue Jean de la Fontaine in Épernay, is a family business run by Antoine and Virginie Lutun. The history begins in 1927 when the Juget Brunet family bought vineyards in Ay; in 1999 Virginie and Antoine took over the growing and in 2010 launched the Dallancourt brand, named after Virginie's mother to preserve the family name.

The vineyards are located on the south-eastern side of the Montagne de Reims in the communes of Ay, Mareuil-sur-Ay, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Ay. Pinot noir and Chardonnay are cultivated according to the principles of reasoned pest management (a controlled approach), which has resulted in certifications for Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) and Sustainable Champagne.

The approach includes hand harvesting in September and vinification in collaboration with the Union des Producteurs des Grands Terroirs de Champagne. The house offers various cuvées, including Brut, Brut Rosé, Blanc de Blancs and Prestige (also referred to as Iconique, Parenthèse rosée, Noir extra Brut and Rémanence). In addition, Dallancourt offers wine tourism, such as tastings, sabrage and visits to vineyards on UNESCO World Heritage land, and since 2022 there has been an overnight option in the Gîte de la Bouchonnerie.
